Helping Students Navigate AI, Misinformation, and Digital Wellbeing
This 90-minute workshop gives teachers the tools to support responsible, safe, and critical use of AI among students. Through case studies, classroom-ready strategies, and hands-on activities, educators learn how to embed AI-aware digital citizenship into everyday teaching.
Educators will learn to:
- Understand how AI reshapes what it means to be a digital citizen
- Spot risky student use of tools like ChatGPT and mitigate misuse
- Support student wellbeing in AI-augmented learning spaces
- Teach students to identify misinformation, deepfakes, and bias
- Promote critical thinking and AI literacy in daily classroom practice
Each participating school receives:
- A structured, facilitator-led training session
- Student-facing tools, checklists, and activities
- A deepfake detection toolkit for classroom use
- CPD certificate of completion for all attendees
